There has always been a steady stream of new residents of our resort, many started off years ago with the purchase of either a small joint ownership property in one of the Four Seasons Resorts or a first time purchase of a smaller unit. These residents have enjoyed their time in seeing the resort grow and prosper in the years that followed.
Quinta do Lago residents are an integral part of the buying \ selling cycle in our resort, with many having upgraded to larger properties and some now after many years looking to stay in the resort but downsizing to smaller more manageable properties. This allows great scope to what is available within Quinta do Lago and means that the wheels of development are continually turning to keep the area up to date. Many properties are now (after 15-17 years) coming to market as development units being sold as ´plot values´ which helps the surrounding zones in Quinta to be continually updated with new property. The demand of these properties has historically always outnumbered the supply, with just 4-6 brand new properties coming to market every season. This allows the properties to hold their values and to maintain the fact that Quinta do Lago is one of the premier investment zones within Europe.
We have encompassed within the resort a range of properties to suit all tastes and budgets, ranging from the easy lock and leave apartments, townhouses located in noble communal resorts, right up to stand alone private villas.
Freehold apartments are mainly located in Pinheiros Altos, Lakeside Village, Encosta do Lago, San Lorenzo and Victory Village. A small range of townhouses are located in Pinheiros Altos, Vale dos Pinheiros, Monte do Quinta and Lakeside Village.
A selection of private villas we have currently available are spread over the entire resort in various zones within Quinta do Lago, some of the original areas include Lago, Golfe and Monte Golfe, while the newer areas are renowned for larger villas (due to the increased build densities) are Parque Atlantico, Atlantico South and our newest release of “virgin” plots in San Lorenzo North.
San Lorenzo North is our newest area of newly released plots, spread around the world famous San Lorenzo golf Course each offering a stunning vista out over the course. Each plot has its own characteristics in relation to views or orientation. The plots range from 2000-3000m2 and are licensed for builds up to 25% of the varying plots sizes allowing for some of the grandest properties to be build in resort.
